If you previously submitted a form and haven’t heard back from us, we are truly sorry. Your request may not have come through due to this issue. Please don’t hesitate to reach out using either of the options above — we absolutely want to help you and will make sure your pickup gets taken care of.

We currently schedule pickups in Bloomington, Martinsville, and throughout the greater Indianapolis area, Monday through Saturday between 12 PM and 8 PM. If you need more than one pickup, you’ll find space on the form to request multiple dates. Need help outside of those hours? Let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
We build our routes one week in advance to make the most efficient use of our time and cover more ground. Once your request is received, we’ll contact you using your preferred method to confirm your pickup day. If anything needs clarification, we’ll reach out before adding you to the schedule.
🚩 Please note: At this time, we only offer local pickup service in central and south central Indiana. While we love hearing from folks around the world, we aren’t able to travel outside our service area.
