Contactless Pick-Up
We’ve designed our contactless pickup service to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Just place your boxed or bagged items outside in a safe, visible spot—like your front porch, garage, or driveway—and we’ll handle the rest.
To help make your pickup go smoothly:
📚 Keep boxes under 50 lbs. Small moving boxes (16″ x 12″ x 12″ or smaller) work best.
🧩 Fill boxes completely to keep items secure and prevent shifting during transport.
🛍️ No boxes? No problem. Sturdy plastic bags are fine—just make sure they can be carried by one person.
☔ Weather tip: If rain or snow is in the forecast, please place your items in a covered or protected area.
We’ll pick everything up safely and efficiently—no need to wait around or lift a finger.

If you’ve got a collection to donate but need assistance boxing it up, just let us know. We’ll schedule a time to stop by, help you get everything sorted, and make sure it’s ready for pickup—all at no cost to you.
To make things go smoothly, we kindly ask that you provide the packing supplies:

📏 Packing tape
🛍️ Trash bags (for media if not using boxes)
